Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) - Business System Analyst

TELCOCELL is a rapidly growing International consulting firm. We are currently looking to expand our team in Toronto, Ontario. We are interested in speaking with qualified Business Systems Analyst with expertise in EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) that meet the following skill sets.

Job Title
Enterprise Product Catalog Business System Analyst
 
Position Purpose
The Business System Analyst is responsible for working with Marketing, QA and technical teams to gather data, work through business requirements, create high level and detailed designs, review designs and support testing team for Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) deliveries. Provides guidance to other team members to ensure compliance with the standards and best practices. Works alongside other business system analysts to cover cross platform integration components.
  
Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, assess and analyze the impact on EPC
• Created High level and Detailed design and support testing teams
• Support  team members with all technical EPC and Amdocs Enabler related inquiries
• Work with multiple groups and SMEs across IT domains on a day to day basis in a fast paced Telecom environment.
• Drive the implementation of solutions by leading and mentoring peers within a cross functional team
• Mentors new team members on EPC technologies

 Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands the business processes on projects assigned
• Communicates with amdocs developments teams to make sure all technical requirements are covered

 
Position Requirements
Functional/Technical Skills:

• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies
• Competent in two or more of the following technical disciplines:

Knowledge level requirement in order of importance

• Expert Knowledge of Amdocs EPC product catalog platform
• Expert Knowledge of Amdocs Enabler applications

 
Experience:

• Experience in a Telecom business environment
• Experience with the Amdocs EPC product catalog and other Amdocs billing systems
